The HACCP module (BTLE dongle) is an accessory which, when connected to the TTL port of compatible Eliwell AIR controllers, enables a Bluetooth connection between a smart device (smartphone/tablet) with the Eliwell AIR APP installed and the connected controller.
The HACCP module has a data memory on which data (temperatures + switching states of the inputs/outputs) can be stored for between 1 week and 1 year, depending on the set interval.
The data (graphic, table pdf/csv) can be read out via the smart device and then forwarded to specific addresses via email / messenger.
Thus, this is a simple and cost-effective option to enable data documentation.
